" Daytona OktoberFest... must explain why HDI - Harley Davidson is up 37% since last week (^_^) Couple of weeks ago - when we were out in SFO - my riding buddy Rene, the crazy Frenchman and I went down into the canyons behind SillyValley, where we love to ride. Rene on his outlaw 900RR, me on my blood red VFR750... we rode down to Alice's Restaurant, sampled the local Anchor Steam, and slipped into a back road we know. It's like riding down a twisting canyon wall, Tommy. We cut our engines off and it's so quiet, all you can hear are the falling leaves and the sticky Michelins scrubbing off speed before the corners. Down and around and around, over and over we passed one another - until we burst out into the sunlight before the Pacific Coast, laughing like maniacs inside our helmets. -Steve
