Hi Aggie, how are things down in the Big Mango? <g> I haven't focused on the details, but I cannot believe the stock offering is meant to finance the venture. I would imagine the venture itself could finance the construction of the rig. What a terrible time to do a stock issue. Perhaps they are worried about their debt load (to be honest, I haven't looked at their balance sheet, so I don't know about debt levels). I believe the registration is not necessarily a commitment to go through with the offering. OT I did some time in Jakarta (once or twice a month) when I lived in Singapore. Had a house in Kemang. I still have some good friends there (probably still tearing up the town).
