AOL closed up 10 1/16. YHOO up 7 1/2 but AMZN up 3 9/16. There has to be large selling into rallys. By the way, my screen showed four 10K share sells that occurred after hours one about each five minutes. The trades were at the bid so likely sells.

Glenn,

I believe that all the parties; "the elephants, the MMs trading desks, the day-traders" are aware of the 2.6 million shares for the past week or so. That's why we have low daily volume.

It's sort of nice to know the 2.6 million is not partially sold yet? It's waiting to be sold in it's entirety, starting tomorrow?? right?

Thanks again and again for your due diligence!!
