The problem with hiring their engineers away to build the products is that NCTI holds the patents. That is also why book value isn't a valuable indicator of stock value for this type of company, it doesn't include the value of patents. The company is apparently forecasting $100,000,000 in revenue for the coming year. I believe this works out to 65 cents a share. Depending on how much drops down to earnings we might be able to start a realistic discussion of valuation.
