True, but it has worked almost without fail in non-earnings months in the past few months. (eg: March, April, June, September). May and August were earnings, and July there was the shareholder meeting, and it didn't work then. It almost certainly would have worked this month if it hadn't been for the rate cut.

Chuzz ....you are quite right ...have kept a close eye on these predictions...not quite 50 %...but Ben does give a disclaimer on DELL...stating it will often outperform the Guestimates Cheers...T
