Fact remains, there are more than a few folks out there buying books online, including me.

Not long, not short AMZN, but there is value to its stock. A major reason for that is the way they place service paramount to nearly all other factors. People will always read books. Amazon will always service them quickly.

Amazon.com may not be worth a googol of money to many of us, but this argument downplaying the convenience of online commerce is not sound.
