In addition insiders may buy as much as another 100,000 shares. Check out the press release on this stock trading at 1/3 the price earlier this year with a P/E of less than 6: biz.yahoo.com The company only has 5.65 million shares outstanding! quote.yahoo.com It might be wise to wait for the stock to settle back after the buying that should take place due to this announcement.
