Great testimony ! The point is that you are free in Christ. Me to. The Lord wants us to prosper but hey poor is OK. I would rather prosper but if you are in Christ and being fed daily that is fine. I remember when I was in college I had a part time job at a funeral home. They paid me 75 cents an hour to answer the telephone. I worked 70 to 80 hours a week and could study all I wanted. I would get paid extra for ambulance calls Ect. The point is that I always had a few hundred on me. Thats about all I carry on me now. Be free. Thats the point.

Several years ago not by necessity but by choice I wanted to cut down on my commuting so I rented a two room flat with another guy for $125.00 a month. I had a nice place on the lake but I hated the drive. The flat leaked, the paint was peeling off the walls, no stove, only a hotplate, but it was warm and peaceful, we fixed it up as best we could and I ended up staying there more than I did on the lake. The Lord taught me many things there and I will always remember that as a very positive experience.

No where are we promised riches except in Christ but the Lord WILL provide for His children. It is His reputation that is ultimately on the line. Would you agree? In Christ.gregor
