Mad2, Note how they have sanitised that release. No names. I bet the source release named names.
Now we know why Kimmons has an interest in Florida real estate. Love that homsteaders law. I suspect you will find him as a Florida resident once you start to dig.
I wonder if this is why the Compaq crew left?

Unfortunately I believe this to be true. Perhaps this will produce some relief, the problem with Class Actions is they are always great for the attorney who makes thousand while stock holders get a pittance.

This has been a very disappointing experiment for me and for those that "turned me on" to this one. I still hope for a product release date of Nov. 1st.
