Below are some interesting numbers some of us like to watch on this thread. I would have thought, for certain, there was going to be inflows for the past week. But I guess not. Interesting figures. With the market strong in the past week ending Wednesday, do these figures mean, "professionals" as opposed to, "average" investors are coming back into the market? ..... check out the last sentence. It's an eye opener. ....... So can any market timers on this thread read anything into these figures?

Equity Fund outflows accelerate to $2.7 Billion for the week ending Wednesday, 10/14/98

The sixth week of redemptions in the last 8 weeks; International Funds report outflows for the sixth consecutive week; Taxable Bond Fund outflows total $1.0 Billion, with 2/3 coming from Corporate Bond Funds; Assets in Money Market Funds increase by $18 Billion (and by $98 Billion in the most recent 12 weeks).
