jocko, enjoy that snow... i guess you are a snowbird then (reverse one anyway)..

james, agora can defend itself but dr. bean wasn't completed too long before the internet show and being from a different part of canada it probably made sense to wait a few more days and see it in n.y. nothing much was gonna happen before the show anyway... we need all the promotion we can get and now that dr. bean is out let's see what AGORA can do. of course if AGORA is shorting the stock they are making money (ouch)... i hope syd gives them some time so they can keep us updated and hopefully they'll "step" it up when good news is just around the corner... have a good weekend all,

Good morning, James. As always, we accept everyone's view and respect their opinions.

In answer to your questions/comments, we would like to state the following:

1] Good news after the fact

SYD is a client of Agora Internet Relations Corp. Thus, we are privy to insider information and can only release information as the company sees fit. It is not our function to release information before it happens. That would be illegal and would get us terminated.

2] Getting to know products

Dr. Bean was still being worked on in the days leading up to the show. Unlike Hot Notions, Dr. Bean can not be effectively demonstrated over the Internet because you need to see both the "customer" and the "customer service representative" screens at the same time. We knew exactly what functions Dr. Bean was to perform but very few people outside of SYD personnel had ever seen the product before last week.

Furthermore, SYD is in Vancouver and we are in Toronto. Thus, we couldn't just "pop in" and take a look at the product, even if it were available for us to see.

3] Agora short on SYD

Obviously a comment out of frustration and the only one which does not deserve any kind of response, no matter how much we respect your opinion.
