The earnings will decide the debate,, I will like to see MSFT and IBM bury these discussions, no one manipulated the markets the markets would have have moved anyway even without a cut ofcourse this cut indicates a global sea change of monetary policies, increasing liquidity and alongwith weaker $ as ASEA turns around and banks see that they can borrow short term and lend long term we are seeing building blocks of next rally........
