kinda OT but news nonetheless

Creative Labs Inc. filed suit against Diamond Multimedia Inc. accusing its rival graphics board maker of false advertising, unfair business practices, trade libel and defamation. Diamond executives declined comment, saying they had not seen the suit.

Sun, I'm not saying any number of units. I left units entirely out of it. The more variables you use in your estimates, the greater chance for you to introduce error.

given that 3Dfx
reported eps of 54 on revenue of 58 mil last Q, then I can't see why they cannot
report 40+ cents on the 55 mil revenue that you are estimating.

The difference is now we have higher expenses and lower margins. It makes a big difference.
