I know how you feel, I lost a lot to small cap stocks too.
For your RSP I would stick to Index mutual funds, TIP,tse or trade
the bluest of blue chip stocks. The blue chippers go down but they
come back and hopefully don't disappear into oblivion.

At least on till you have money you can afford to lose in your RSP.

Days like today Index funds gave you an easy 4 - 5% and no comission
charges if your in the right Index funds. The only thing to watch out
for is the cutoff times for buying and selling. Otherwise TIPs will
do about as well at times when you just can't figur out what stock
to buy and the market is moving fast.

>>> I don't know whether to give myself a pat on the back or beat my head against the wall! Anyway, now might be a good time to buy! You see, I think someone up above is punishing me for some reason. The entire time I have owned IPV it has done nothing but go down and bring me heartache and pain as it strangled the living daylights out of my RSP! In spite of the fact that I had vowed to weather all storms, when I saw the 10 cent bid actually rise to the surface on Wednesday morning, I just couldn't take any more! Now that I have sold, it will surely go up, if only to shower more abuse upon my crippled ego!<<<<

Gary, thanks for the update on the cash/credit/equity issue. I find it a bit hard to believe that IPV can raise new cash by issuing new equity. Who will buy it? Certainly not subscribers to their last issue at $2.40??? Even if IPV had an order book at $30m I doubt there'd be any takers. So far all we've seen under Mr. Graham's leadership is complete financial mis-management. Except for Mr. Graham's own personal financial compensation that seems negatively related to IPV's financial well being. At this point why would anybody consider giving him more money??

Thoughts, opinions, anyone?

Hello Gary,

I received "special dispensation" from the co.
lawyer at the AGM to post in certain
circumstances and I wanted to clarify a
couple things.

We do expect to break even/ post a small profit
in both Q3 and Q4 but not enough to be profitable
for the year. This has been our forecast since
Q1.

In terms of working capital, we were considering
an equity private placement rather than a public secondary
offering, but the pressure has eased somewhat in
light of continued efforts to bring internal costs
under control.

John, you asked about an update on the AGM - did you
see the summary on the website?
