I like the free month and free activation to introduce Portico to many who would have been skeptical to try the service! Hopefully they will then see the benefit and will not only keep the service but expand its use. One reason to start this offer is give the resellers a chance to build a subscriber base before announcing agreements with major Telcos. Without this type of offer the smaller resellers would struggle to get started and when they did a major carrier would come in and dominate the market.
