FYI ALL > CBSMW Thom Calandra's Column

There's a clarification from BB/RS analyst Keith Benjamin's previous comments re NEWZ in that he hasn't changed his growth estimates for NEWZ, but needed to slightly (emphasis added) lower estimates w/i the last few mos.

Thank you Mr. Benjamin....

Believe Mr. Benjamin currently has a "market perform" on NEWZ, current target price $18, revised from $20, or was it $30? Sorry, can't recall.

Happy trading & investing....

<Can you enter the 200 dma in neuro's analysis?> I've tried incorporating all types of MA's and crossovers into the program, but have been disappointed with the results. This model is set up to process NEWZ, Russell 2000, NASDAQ, an internet index, and the internet information provider index data, (price, volume, short term, and long term) The long term filter preprocesses the data to a defaulted 50 MA. Hopefully it will identify meaningful mathmatical relationships and patterns from all this data and yield profitable predictions. ( So far my NEWZ models have been the most stubborn to build of my portfiolio)

I have suggested to the inventor that he provide an option to overlay some of the more basic indicators onto the graphical display as a technical confirmation of Neuro's predictions. The upgraded version should be out soon. We'll see.

Man, the current price is about 50% of the 200DMA.
