It was too complicated for me. There were a bunch of formulas and exchange rates. If the options were exercisable soon, it would have to be included in a fully diluted share count I believe.

Sorry, but I still don't believe AMZN will have to issue 12 million shares for those acquisitions. Something doesn't add up. That would be over $1.2 billion for those rinky dink companies they bought.
