Dave, QCOM has not attempted to patent all standards. W-CDMA is a standard put together in Europe. Unfortunately for its proponents, it uses the Qs intellectual property. You repeatedly suggest that the IPR can be circumvented simply by changing the bandwidth when bandwidth isn't relevant to the nature of QCOM's patents. If another company could circumvent QCOM's IPR, they could do it with narrowband or wideband. That hasn't happened and you have not shown that it is likely. Since I don't think this debate is particularly enlightening for anyone here I'll just leave you to your fallacies.

>You are tiring of me b/c I am right. You are the one bringing up supposition and if this, or if that.<

Dave, is this the closest you can come to supporting your fantasy?

Dave, Curious when you find time to study. Have been driven to hit "next" button when see one of your patent posts. When you have another subject or even anything new - will read and hopefully learn. Best to you in your work and studying. Chaz
