mr sparky, i'm with trofala. can you provide some information on the alleged suit? how many summons (to whom) have been filed with the court concerning this lawsuit, name the parties that have been served with the lawsuit, what is the method of service used to serve the defendants the summons/lawsuit, has an affidavit of service been filed with the court on any/each of these summons, if service was done by certified mail, copies of the return receipt requested. what court? how about it. or are you, like others, just posting to an audience? regards. gary
