Robert,

I certainly think there is some money to be made on Dialogic at this level, but you have to ask the question why the big selloff today.

What is it that the big money people are starting to figure out?

IMHO, it is that Dialogic (and NMS for that matter) are not going to reap the benefits of VoIP. They have invested in it dearly, but they may not collect the payoff.

The way I see it: the board makers are not getting their fair share of the VoIP ports. If look at the big VoIP deals that are going down, the board vendors are not winning those installs. For example, ICG/Netcom has over 10,000 ports installed, A/I Net has 1-2K ports, Qwest redoing their nine cities, IDT, USA Global Link, Level 3, none have any voice ports using board vendors.

So my question to you is where you see Dialogic's growth coming from?

I agree, this is a great buying opportunity. I enjoyed the ride up
last year, and expect the same again this year. The only difference
is that this year I bought 3x the number of shares.

This stock has always been beaten up at earnings announcements, many
times for good reasons. But this has always presented a great buying
opportunity. I have been fortunate enough to catch one of those rides
up but there have been several. I expect the ride up to begin real
soon (assuming the market is at least stable), because the numbers
they announced dont warrant a PE of 10.
