Hi Walter - This is my opinion only. Art Wong's company had little revenue and NETA paid $25M for it. I'm not saying that's what they would pay for Jaws, but let's say $20M. With the current # of shares outstanding, that would be about $2.25/share. But I emphasize, I have no knowledge that NETA is interested in Jaws - the above is just a "fun" idea to kick around.
