There's an LBOR office 3 blocks away from my office. It's obvious that they don't spend much on rent, fixtures, or signage.

Just under a month ago they announced they were going to get listed on the NYSE (I seem to recall they even gave a date). After some harsh words from powers greater than they, LBOR amended their announcement to say they had "applied" to be listed on the NYSE.

Kevin, for all us poor folks who aren't in possession of the actual facts as you are, could you please document your source of these "harsh words"? Also, could you also document where LBOR "announced they WERE going to get listed"?

BTW, the only date ever offered by the co. as a target date was by the end of October.
