You could go but you wouldn't be allowed into any of the functions. The cost for attending the conference and/or any of its workshops ranges from $1400- $2000. I was going to go myself until I found out the costs on top of lodging and travel. Wish I could afford the time and money to go, it should be very interesting and informative.
