Completely agree. Using $22 as baseline to derive upside move is very conservative, ~$33 should be real baseline. Furthermore, saying multiple is high when selling at a discount to S&P and growing at 30% vs. S&P at 5% is also very conservative. He is a great analyst, but I think outsmarted himself on this one. My opinion.
