Stephen: A close above would infer a reversal from resistance to support. As well as, sustained intra day activity above a price point can also infer a reversal from resistance to support!

Steve,
While a major chunk of the news is out:

1) Second rate cut (Surprise, huh?)
2) IMF loan funding
3) Japan bank fixes...

A whole new set of rumors are starting, which keeps moving this market. The new ones are related to more rate cuts, as I've heard, some more this year. Eventually, people are talking about down to 3.75 Fed Funds.

Darn low. Either we're gonna hit hard or everyone else is.
