As of 12/24/87 Yakobson had 330,354 after giving 74,000 as a gift.
Remember in last years annual they passed a motion to set up an options program for directors, etc. I don't know the specifics, but I assume that they are highly motivated by the (long term) stock price.

Jim: I also asked Mark why there has been so little insider buying and his response was that because of the ongoing negotiation they were limited. I think insiders can buy/sell in the 20 day period after reporting qtr results unless there is other news pending, ie. acquisitions, deals etc. I hope to see some buys in the next month or so.
