His lawyer didn't imply anything. His lawyer said his client lied to him and that the Lewinsky affidavit was fraudulent. Sorry, but you can't have it both ways here. So who's lying? Bennett or Clinton? I agree it's all about due process in a legal sense, but the allegations that you say deserves reserving judgement aren't even in dispute by his own damn attorney! The DEMS aren't even disputing the allegations, they've basically stipulated he committed perjury. The only question which remains is do we as a country have the guts to remove from office a felon.
