John --- I am aware of it being a bit early for the cash be rolling in. Cash should no longer be needed for working capital unless they are doing something stupid again. This qtr should see some of the invoices coming due. That is the reason I think the purchase of M is no big deal. I suspect TAVA is like a bunch of old ladies and not happy unless shopping and buying.... then again it could be a mgmt ego trip. But it was peanuts spent for an ok company.
"only weakness is the number of shares outstanding"... Recall back some months ago I was the ONLY one against the additional shares dumped in cheap. Jj says he could not get a loan... hard to understand (he is truthful) unless the banks could see more on the app than we knew of. If Jj spends a dime that requires one more share to be issued he is to be trusted from then on as much as Linda Tripp with your life long journal... There are enough additional shares being dumped on us from some of his previous DEALS... the only problem with his deals is they were never a deal for shareholders. Why not put on the ballot ALL OFFICERS get a great option package in RELATIONSHIP to the rise of the stock price. If the stock price is a piece of shit (as it is now) that is what they should get-- a pile of it instead of a pile of shares. What the hell do they care about price if they keep getting enough additional shares to more than compensate for the price at this level.
"only weakness is the amount of shares outstanding" has another flaw IMO. There would not be as many shares if mgmt was stronger and made better decisions. Some of the excess is required, granted. But not all the shares they have dumped into the float.
