You feel that Chip Morris of T Rowe Price may be "Baltimore Fund Manager" on the Yahoo thread, and that he is a "stand-up guy".

Do you have knowledge of his investment record? Would you be comfortable with the comments he made? Do you think his relationship with TLAB and CIEN may color his objectivity? If Baltimore Fund Manager is Chip Morris, what do you think was his point in posting to Yahoo?
