It actually doesn't look like they've sold any CATP (based on their self-reported holdings through 9/30). Puts, perhaps, or some other announcement. I really don't get how they'd let themselves miss earnings, so we'll see - carefully!

All,

With the rise of CATP, and TLAB's strength, we've got a NAV of $17.75, so a $2.06 premium. (Not too unreasonable, but not justified, IMHO, if there are to be no more offerings this year.)

We'll know what's coming on the 20th!
