Interesting about Dodd....

It was from Dodd that I first heard of Clinton, sometime in the late '70's-early '80's, when I was active in the Connecticut Democratic Party. Dodd was insisting, with great fervor, that a young Governor of Arkansas was sure to be, and deserved to be, President some day....

I remember being surprised, at the time, that Dodd was not displaying interest in becoming a Presidential candidate himself: after all, he was intelligent, personable (this was before he got fat), experienced, articulate, & etc. Intead, he was pushing this Clinton guy, long before Clinton actually emerged on the national scene.

I guess Dodd has special reason to feel he's been let down...

Senior Dem Senator from Connecticut confirms that Clinton is an "idiot" and refuses to retract the idiot identification...

So where is the outrage that was all over the press when Dan Burton referred to Clinton as a "scumbag?"

I think that anyone on this board--regardless of their political beliefs--can agree that Bill Clinton is, in fact, an idiot.
