*AV*--I agree with you about the management and the products. SGI is too classy an outfit to go under but rather, it would be acquired. Remeber that some of the animated films we watch are done on SGI systems. so, if PIXR can go to the moon, why can't SGI become a player in all sorts of animation exercises down the road.

Besides being a quality company, as you stated, the talent is superb.
There are too many good technical managers (Like myself<GG>) on the sidelines while the ignoramouses are running the show elsewhere. SGI is a beaten down stock and will recover nicely when the get the proper direction.

BTW-SUNW is a good company too and the market is big enough for both to co-exist for a while.

Sorry to hear about the BE on XIRC. It was a playing to a great roller coaster ride making the drop into the 14s really attractive.

H&R - I just hope Mr. or Mrs. Block don't come after our butts on this new acronym<GGG>.

Andrew

PS-as much as I hate CS, it is looking attractive at these prices for a pop to $10. ATMI is starting to look real tasty, as well as ASYT, ATML and WFR. Too bad I have a few weeks to go on WFR since it looks like there is no resistance until it reaches just over 10. Confirmation of this would be nice by the TA gurus here on Stock Swap.
