Intel deal: Something has not been disclosed yet. INTC gets 6% of MU which is about 13 million shares which at $500 mil is way over market value. So something (like many hundreds of millions of bucks) is missing. Is the $500 mil really a convertible? Did INTC get Lehi? When is the closing date? Is this one of INTC's many announced deals that never occur?
I WANT THE DETAILS!!!
