Bailed out of my CL, LU, and GIFI puts this morning. I could feel that something was up at the OSX farm. AFS backed off. 8425 is holding nicely. That one febble attempt with 130+ points got me nervous, but signs point to the ship taking water on again. What a week. Thean, I just locked in my 30 year fixed refi yesterday at 6.5 with an option for reduction in the rate IF the rates go lower. Not a bad deal. One point on the loan, no upfront fees or charge for the lock in. Speaking of lock in, I'm holding on to my KRB short and AFS puts for now. Since they couldn't punch through their respective resistance points...and the fact that the market is way overbought...well, you know. <H>

Thean You might want to look at this for the best rates in your area. You select the type of loan (15,30,fixed,adj) and it is supposed to give the best current rates. microsurf2.microsurf.com (anyone who wants to look at this just change the oh to your state) Good luck, John
