Someone owes me a beer. Turns out the San Jose branch of the District Court of Northern California gave me the wrong case number. She gave me the number (and Oakland location) of the S3 vs nVidia suit. Oh well. I took notes since it has some bearing on how nVidia intends to defend itself. Tuesday I'll make a run to San Francisco and look at the stuff. However, I did look at the docket for the 3Dfx vs nVidia case and there was some very interesting stuff there. And then I got a $25 parking ticket. <sigh> I'm going offline to type up my notes. Back in a bit. Simon
