Michelle - Clinton's womanizing simply reinforces immorality of all kinds. Whether that ever leads to fascism, communism, pluralism or any other "ism" you want, is questionable. What is certain, however, is that all social orders (that survive) do so on the basis of truth and faith that leaders can be expected to execute their oath of office faithfully.

Womanizing on the part of a President merely points out how morally bankrupt he is; lying to everyone about it merely points out how much of a coward he is. Keeping the wolves of the law at bay merely points out how powerful he is. Defending him points out how far down the ladder into the sewer we are willing to go.

I've said this before, but humans adapt to things. Given enough time, and enough propagandizing, all morals can be worn down. It's not an apocalyptic event; first is ignorance, then comes tolerance, then grudging acceptance, then apathy for some and engagement for others, and then all of a sudden, it (whatever "it" is) is OK.
