The lawsuit is probably not that big of a deal. Will cost NZMA a few mill (which will be unnoticeable given the reduced loss from increased shares outstanding) and they will have to rethink (sure) how they implement their acquisition, information and distribution systems.

My guess is that it is on the order of the WalMart guy took a bunch of documentation to help him set up NZMA's systems. Likely much less serious compared to Lopez from GM Europe going over to Volkswagen, and carting over copies of all GM's plans.

It sounds like a routine business problem that occurs all the time.
