FYI, note the end of the article: "John Kendall joined Millennium Softwares Board of Directors in May. Humbly report, TENNET, in my humble opinion Westergaard is far from respected. He is a paid tout with an abysmal record, and the street agrees: tscn.com In case you are interested in a little SI background, here is a start - #reply-6031875 #reply-5907792 .
