elry,

<<You are calling LOTS of people
liars and cheats. The law of average is not on your side. >>

I am not calling anyone a liar or a cheat. The BLM actually has a very big window to work with and I will be happy to retract any statement as soon as IPM, Maxam, Naxos, GPGI, etc can show me chain of custody assays, and I want to see the actual report from the consultant doing the chain of custody and I want to see the minerals that contain the pm's. As to who you are, lucky guess, I must have hit close to home. Why don't you quit hiding behind your internet ID and just come foreward and discuss things based on who you are?

Tim

<<Tell me why should I believe your tests over all the tests done by
IPM, Maxam, Naxos, Chip, GPGI, etc ?>>

I'll give you a good reason. Without exception, every time a desert dirt has done COC testing, the high metal values previously reported do not stand up.

Name one desert dirt company whose COC wasn't between 0% and 25% of the values reported without COC.
