Thanks for the link, Frank. At this point you do have to ask what CG is thinking.

I am sure there will be negativists who will post regarding this, and I can't say as I blame them, as a first response to the news. Just consider that there are lots of factors at play here. It is my understanding that a big dispute over payments due for work done in the CG/PUG jv's has really turned CG off the play in general (& the diamond exploration field), coupled with the lack of positive news from ACA (which has hurt us all), and also of course the overall rotten market sector, have added up to contribute to the current dilemma. Still, I'm not trying to sugar-coat this-- we'll see where it ends up and how. I believe the CG deal is open til the end of the year.

Beyond that, on the positive side, if CG does secede, it gives the extra 50% of those properties to Marum. And nonetheless, Marum is currently working as we speak on some of their 100% AB lands and some of their MMU/MIX jv lands (new samples just back from the latter). -- Since the new tightly spaced 200m aeromags were carried out, along with all the data from the from the last drill program including micro-probe lab results, and various follow-up ground work, target selection has been greatly enhanced.

To my knowledge, this news does not change Marum's approach or perspective. The company remains quite positive and quite busy, on several properties in the area, as well as other pro-company undertakings. I remain faithful.

I am bracing for negative attacks here, but the above is my take on this anyway.

Have a great weekend folks-- one more week out of October under the belt!
