The lawsuit validates that their business strategy is to copy Walmart's business strategy, and you read that as being bullish?

Everybody has known that hiring away key personnel to become the "WMT of the web" was the game plan, we just didn't know that WMT would reach down to swat them.

Hmm...sounds like it validates WMT and shows AMZN to be
thieves. What if WMT wins and AMZN has to come up with
it's own strategy.....the noose is tightening.
