Which is precisely why the framers of the constitution specified how impeachment would be used against a sitting president. BTW - your being an ACLU member doesn't alter the use of the English language. I did not say he was a criminal. Perjury is a crime. Obstruction of justice and suborning of perjury are crimes. Just because you like him doesn't mean you can "spin" the code of law to say those kinds of actions are not crimes. If he did engage in those activities, as is charged, and a trial ensues and the jurors find him guilty of those crimes, he is then a criminal. Mr. K.
