I just checked out the Shareholder Direct web site. It is excellent and they have done one smart thing there. They have given each client their own domain name (e.g. www.ameritech.com). Now if TSIS were offer a web based service like this, if they were to draw clients away from Shareholder Direct, they would be forced to purchase the domain name from Shareholder Direct. I am sure the clients would want to keep their domain names. It's hard to say how expensive this would be.

But all of this only applies IF TSIS does start to provide a web based service, and if they take clients away from Shareholder Direct in the process.

I really don't see how any of this relates to TSIS's current business or revenues. It's a completely different service.
