Sequoia Holdings, In response to your questions, I believe that I can answer most of them, but confirmation from anyone else would be appreciated. It is true that PINC can't market the MBCK in Asia or Australia because that is where the software was developed and I assume that the developers are already marketing it there given that it's selling 14000 units/month 'down under'. I'm not sure of the name of the company that has the rights for Australia and Asia, but PINC has the rights to sell the product throughout the rest of the world. If they had the rights for Asia too this stock would be even better!! Hope that clears it up a bit...
