i am going for the truth, if a lawsuit has been filed as you say it was, provide that info, that can easily be checked... i posted 4 times and will post as many times the same thing to get this thread focused on something that can be easily ascertained if you filed in state court most of that info would be part of the pleadings since the state court requires fact pleading (IMO) what is the number assigned to the lawsuit, it is real easy to find, it should be stamped right on the document (pleading/complaint) that was filed (IMO)...still will not answer???
