Fantastic news from the trade show!!!!!!!
Sideware recently attended the world's largest electronic business and
Internet technology event in New York City - Fall Internet World '98, held
October 7-9th. Sideware's 30 by 30 foot booth was well-situated; there was
a constant flow of traffic and it was standing room only at our product
demonstrations! Because the focus of the show was electronic business and
Internet technologies, at Sideware's display, Dr. Bean was the centre of
attention ! The response to the demonstrations surpassed everyone's
expectations! Well over a hundred corporations expressed a keen interest
in Dr. Bean and more than 25 companies signed up for further evaluation.
The show was rich with potential customers and possible partnerships, and
everyone seemed suitably impre
ssed with Sideware's offerings.

Not only is Dr. Bean an excellent way to add real-time customer service to
your web site, but it is also fabulous for Call Centres looking to add
internet capabilities! We received an unexpected amount of interest from
this market through discussions at the trade show. Our product development
strategists had considered this an additional market since Dr. Bean's
inception, but were able to gain valuable feedback on how we can evolve the
product.

Assisting Sideware's development and marketing team in the booth, were
representatives from IBM and SAIC. The obvious attention that Dr. Bean
received at the show further cemented the relationships Sideware has built
with IBM and SAIC; both companies remarked on the power of the product and
the demonstrations helped them to further understand Dr. Bean's
capabilities. Other computer companies expressed an interest in bundling
Dr. Bean with their applications which is yet another possibility that
we'll need to explore over the coming months.

The enthusiasm of our partners and the size and growth potential of the
market exceeded our expectations and we're convinced that Dr. Bean is a hot
product! Fall Internet World was a great event for Sideware!
