I don't care if AMZN did anything wrong or not. It just goes to show that WMT is trying to bully them before they get too big to push around.

That's good enough for me, I could care less if they have a case or not...

Damages are indeed mentioned. That would be tough to prove, though. It's not like
Wall-Mart's customers have exactly switched paradigms at this point. This is about
slowing Amazon down.

Slowing AMZn down? A threat! LOL This is about obtaining an injuction to prevent AMZN and others in that group from using Walmart's technology to handle logistics. If the injunction is granted and injuctions typically do not take a long time in court as does damages, AMZN will have to completely revamp fulfillment logisitics going into Christmas. They will have to develop their own and get them operational. Could be a real problem for AMZN. Damages are really not an issue here.
