Wal-Mart Legal.. I happen to know Wal-Mart legal department. How? Part of my practice is expert witness work. I know a former defense attorney who had the Wal-Mart contract for Michigan. Wal=-Mart takes a "no prisoners" approach. Interstingly, the demand of their defense attorneys what customers demand of Wal-Mart: Great merchandise at a deep disocunt. My friend got dropped from Wal-Mart after he lost a personal injury suit he was defending (he had a string of brilliant vicotires before that). My friends complaint is that Wal-mast paid him pennies for what should have been a well funded defense. They take ALL cases to the bitter end, win or lose. DocStone
