The vote is in...Encore is to liquidate! The Company that is buying the Real Time business is already managing that part of the business. It is believed that once the actual possession of Encore Real Time Systems has finalized... nothing will be left to liquidate. This would be an excellant time to pick up the "stock listing" if it can be accomplished. "A cheap way to start a public company." Happy Investing, Bob

By some mechanism ENCC's old website still has something to do with "real time computing" but not with ENCC.
