Thanks for the insight -- I think that answers any questions about why they would "bother" taking on the pretender to becoming the "Wal-Mart of the Web" if they weren't quaking in their boots... Sounds like a fun time ahead. Imagine NZMA and Kleiner-Perkins trying to prove that they have not stolen trade secrets without having to reveal at least some of the rudimentary information about their business that has been kept screwed down so tight. e.b.
